Emirates SkyCargo Expands Global Network with Freighter Service to Copenhagen

Emirates SkyCargo has further strengthened its global cargo network with the launch of a weekly Boeing 777 freighter service to Copenhagen Airport. This latest addition expands the airline’s freighter destinations to an impressive total of 38, reaffirming its position as a leader in air cargo connectivity.

The new service, which offers a capacity of 85 tonnes, caters to the growing demand for air freight between Scandinavia and global markets. Mette Jensen, Cargo Manager for Scandinavia at Emirates SkyCargo, highlighted the significance of this development, stating that the new freighter route will facilitate seamless trade links and support businesses in Denmark and neighboring regions.

With this strategic move, Emirates SkyCargo aims to enhance the transportation of high-priority cargo such as pharmaceuticals, perishables, and e-commerce goods, ensuring faster delivery and greater reliability.
